All of our pork products come from  our farm in Winnsboro, Texas. They are pasture raised and given no antibiotics or hormones. We embrace outhe pigness of our pigs, as Joel Salatin says.  They eat a natural omnivore diet of vegetables, soy free, GMO free grains and barley and legumes, and whey from a local dairy farm that raises grass-fed cows.  You can't beat these ribs!
